Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made before the order is processed. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our products, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been confirmed. However, you can return the product once it has been delivered, as per our return policy.
Return Policy: To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of product delivery. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with intact seals. It should be stored in a suitable environment. Return shipping costs may apply, and a deduction from the product's original price may be made for international orders. VAT and customs fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: If your return request is accepted, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping and handling charges, including VAT and customs fees, are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy: The Mira-branded products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with the original receipt and provide relevant evidence. Mira may repair or replace the product based on our discretion. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, consumable parts, damage from misuse or unauthorized repair, and use with unauthorized software.
